We love nothing more than throwing an extravagant party (and do so at every possible opportunity) so when the chance to start our own photobooth hire & event styling business presented itself, we absolutely JUMPED at the chance and haven't looked back since! Our love of photobooths spans all the way back to our wedding day in 2014, it was one of the highlights of our night and still talked about by many of our family and friends to this day. We started with only 1 photobooth however we've quickly expanded into a range of backdrops for hire, shimmer walls, balloon garlands, light up letters/ numbers and so much more! It has been such a fun & rewarding experience being able to capture our clients special occasions and showcase our commitment to service excellence.

When you book with us, aside from supporting a family business, we pride ourselves on the following:

  • Highly skilled & experienced operators

  • We are a registered & fully insured business 

  • All of our staff hold current first aid & CPR qualifications as well as our blue cards for events with children 

  • We have well established relationships with a range of suppliers in the events industry and we're happy to source anything extra that may be required by our clients including DJs/ Musicians, MC's, florists, MUA's plus many more - just chat to us about your needs and make us your one stop shop (less suppliers = less stress in our experience)

Get to know us: 

Maria has over 15 years experience in the corporate world with key skills in sales, marketing, business analytics & events. In 2021 Timeless Events Co had well and truly outgrown the 'side hustle' status it had previously held and Maria is now working full time in the business, liaising with clients daily to ensure every base is covered prior to their event. 

Luke is a qualified tradesman by day and backdrop builder/ caretaker by night, he ensures that our backdrops and event hire range are spick & span and does the majority of the heavy lifting at our events. 

We have appointed our kiddies, Tommy (8yrs), Layla (6.5yrs) as Timeless Events Co. Balloon & Prop Committee - they are responsible for balloon & prop QC, putting each piece through a rigorous testing process to ensure it meets our commitment to offering the BEST SERVICE EVER!
